Fixed several pitch and MIDI bugs: received MIDI notes now follow the tuning across their whole range, and poly MIDI plays over a running sequence.

The selected tuning is now remembered between power cycles.
Sequenced and latched notes now keep the pitch the preset voltage gave them, over MIDI, after a power cycle, and while the portamento in banana jack is transposing.

Any preset knob can now be set to None, which leaves it as a preset voltage.
The add-to-pitch preset voltage can now be quantized to the selected tuning.
The portamento in banana jack can now transpose the keyboard by whole degrees of the selected tuning. This feature also allows the keyboard to act as a basic pitch quantizer.
Knob 2 can now be set to quantized random triggers.
Hold pads 2 and 3 together to change if “add to pitch” is applied before or after a note is entered in latch mode. The default state is “before”.
Holding pad 4 for the sequencer, or pads 2 and 3 for the latch, now restore the original octave.

With the arpeggiator off, the keyboard now plays over a running sequence on CV and MIDI, and takes priority: while a key is held the sequence keeps time without sounding. STOP still stops everything.
Fixed a portamento bug.
The pitch offset can now be disabled.

Sequencer notes recorded below the initial octave now keep their MIDI notes after a power cycle.
A tie at the end of a loop now holds its note to the next step instead of cutting it short.
The clock divider’s gate is now half the step at every division.
The strip LEDs now provide feedback when entering a tie or a rest.

Step sequencer: 64 steps, recorded and played from the preset pads.
External clock divider: the arpeggiator rate knob now divides a patched clock from /1 to /8.
Preset knobs can now be assigned individually.
Preset voltages are now set by holding a pad and turning the knob above it.
Alternate tunings now accept Scala keyboard maps, so a scale can have any number of degrees and repeat at something other than the octave.
Leaving the arpeggiator’s latch no longer stops notes still held by hand.

Improved pressure-based portamento behavior.
Held-key state is cleared on the first boot after flashing, so a stuck gate no longer survives an update.
