Returns and cancellation

The 14-day right

Consumers in the EU may cancel within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods; where an order arrives in several parcels, from the day the last one arrives.

How to cancel

Send a clear statement to [email protected] before the 14 days expire. Sending the message within the period is what counts, not when the goods arrive back. You may use this form, but are not obliged to:

To Márton Bertók, Triglav Modular, [email protected]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [items]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date].

Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of giving notice. The return address will be supplied when you get in touch. You bear the direct cost of returning them.

Refunds

You will be refunded everything you paid, including the standard outbound delivery charge. Where you chose a more expensive delivery than the cheapest offered, the difference is not refunded. The refund is made within 14 days of the goods being received back, or of evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier, by the same means you paid with and at no cost to you.

Condition

You may handle and test the goods as you would in a shop. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

Where the right does not apply

The cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. Where this applies to an item, you will be told in writing before payment. Standard catalogue items built to order after purchase are not personalised and carry the full 14-day right.

Faulty goods

Faults are covered by the separate two-year statutory guarantee of conformity, not by this 14-day right. Return postage on faulty goods is paid by the seller. See Terms and conditions.
