Prices
Prices are in euro (EUR) and the price shown is the total you pay. Triglav Modular is a small business under the Hungarian subject-based VAT exemption (alanyi adómentesség), so no VAT is charged. Shipping is calculated separately and shown before you confirm the order. Orders sent outside the EU may attract import duty or tax charged by the destination country, which is not included here.
Orders and payment
Paying places the order. You will receive an email confirming it, and that confirmation forms the contract. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal; no card details are stored on this site.
Delivery
Orders ship from Hungary. Where no delivery date is agreed, the order will be delivered within 30 days of the contract forming. If that cannot be met you may cancel for a full refund.
Cancellation
Consumers in the EU may cancel within 14 days without giving a reason. See Returns and cancellation.
Guarantee of conformity
Goods sold here carry the two-year statutory guarantee of conformity under EU law. If an item is faulty or not as described you are entitled to repair or replacement, and to a price reduction or refund where that is not possible. This is separate from, and unaffected by, the 14-day cancellation right. Email [email protected].
Complaints
If a complaint cannot be settled directly, EU consumers may refer it to the conciliation board (békéltető testület) attached to the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry, or to their own national consumer protection authority. Both are free to use and neither affects your right to go to court.
Governing law
Hungarian law applies. The mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply to you.
